...Triage and Reception
Upon entering the clinic, a specially trained receptionist assesses your pet’s condition. If the problem looks critical, your pet is rushed to the treatment area. Otherwise, you will be asked to fill out a few brief forms to understand your pet’s condition.
Our intent is to see each pet as soon as possible. However, because of the unpredictability of emergency medicine you might be asked to wait. If you notice any change at all in your pet’s condition, tell the receptionist right away, as the problem may have worsened. Appropriate steps will then be taken.
