Pet Emergency Clinics and Specialty Hospital (PEC) provides emergency and critical care veterinary services throughout Ventura County, located northwest of Los Angeles.
Founded in 1978 to deliver after-hours care, PEC now operates facilities in the cities of Ventura and Thousand Oaks. The staff is led by specialists board-certified in Emergency and Critical Care medicine. In 2008, the Thousand Oaks clinic went 24/7 and expanded into a specialty hospital, accepting critical care and internal medicine referrals from area veterinary clinics. And, PEC now also accepts referrals to our Dental and Surgical specialists.
By combining a team approach in the delivery of care with a strong compassion for its patients and clients, PEC has earned high respect within the profession and the communities we serve.
